Louis, Rodger and I had the BEST Christmas EVER!
We were treated gently
We were treated with kindness
We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a single rose in the center. The single rose has symbolism in a beautiful union between two souls.
We were served gentle kisses
warmth
kindness and a lot of love
We served up great healthy food and little doses of hand holding, shoulder rubs and cheek kisses in return.
I think the biggest gift we received was a man who showed up in all his humble glory to break down some pretty high walls called trust issues. He showed up at night, stayed throughout the day and I don’t think he will leave my side until he hears me say I can trust in humanity again.
I’m feeling really grateful tonight.
I’ve had a lot taken from me in this life. Energetically and especially creatively. I’ve also taken from others. I’ve learned one of the greatest lessons over this past cycle we are leaving. It’s the lesson of reciprocity. A lesson of giving and receiving. A lesson of real love. And how some people show affection through the giving of gifts, others by spending time, some through affection and some through practical efforts. It’s not a one shoe fits all type of thing. But when you go through a series of painful life lessons and choose to begin a new chapter over returning to pain, you’ll know you’ve healed and learned a powerful lesson that was necessary for your souls growth.
Tonight I’m grateful for “The Lessons” of this last cycle. I’m thankful for the growth. Most importantly I’m feeling energetically free from any past restrictions (thoughts, mindsets, places and ties) that had me feeling bound and chained.
